Yulu Move Pricing (A single Yulu Move ride costs )

Please do a quick safety check of the tyres, seat and brakes BEFORE unlocking the bicycle

Also, Please note that you can start and end a ride ONLY at a Yulu MOVE Zone (as shown in the image below)

1. How to find the nearest Move?

Choose the Move icon in the Map screen of the app and you will be shown Yulu Zones and Move bicycles available nearby.

2. How to ride Move?

• Open the Yulu app and look for the nearest Move bicycle on the map.
• Switch on your phone's Bluetooth and click the UNLOCK button.
• Scan the QR code on the Move bicycle and your phone will get connected to it. Or else, Please enter the number of the bicycle to unlock it.
  • Sometimes the spokes of the wheel can prevent the lock from opening. Please try opening it manually in such cases.
• Click the CONTINUE button and the bicycle will get unlocked.
• Enjoy your ride.

3. How to stop your Move bicycle ride?

You can end your ride only at a Yulu Move Zone (as shown in the image above). Stop the Move bicycle with brakes, and then manually lock the bicycle. After that, tap the END RIDE button. Upon doing so, the locked and your ride is ended.

4. How to use the Pause feature with Move bicycle?

Note: You can only use the Pause feature when you are NOT in a Yulu Move zone.

To use the Pause feature, lock the bicycle manually. Press the PAUSE button. The bicycle gets locked and the ride is paused. When you are ready to resume the ride, press the RESUME button and continue to use the Move bicycle. When you want to end your ride, Please go to the nearest Yulu Move zone.
